Land Rover Orlando was recognized with the Pinnacle Club Award for their exemplary performance in sales and customer satisfaction during the 2007 and 2008 calendar years.  The program criteria are set up so that only 16 of the 175 Land Rover Retailers can win this prestigious honor. 

Winners scored highest out of all Land Rover Retailers in the stringent performance criteria established by LRNA. This includes superior overall 2007 and 2008 customer satisfaction in:  Sales Performance, Delivery Performance and Service Performance.  Chris Marchand, LRNA Executive Vice Presidnet, Marketing and Sales stated, "Membership in this elite club reflects the unparalleled leadership and uncompromisingcommitment to excellence of the entire retail team."

My wife and I just wanted to take a moment to Thank you and the Land Rover Orlando team for organizing the recent owner event to the Villages Polo Club.  Weather aside-nothing beats, good company, good food, conversation, and a professionalism, and thought that you and your staff consistently put into the Land Rover ownership experience.  It is a fulfilling feeling to know you purchased the right vehicle and  are genuinely cared for well after the sale.  (In all fairness and a side note, Our Mercedes-Benz dealer after two cars-does offer a crappy cup of coffee with powdered creamer while you are waiting for your loaner for the 43rd time while your vehicle is repaired once again for an alarming list of consistent failures.)  We look forward to proudly wearing our "Land Rover Polo Team" shirts that were so graciously offered by Rusty and the team as an extra bonus for attending the event.  Be proud.  The Land Rover Orlando team are the benchmark for Legendary customer service.  Keep up the great work.  Until our paths cross again...
